The appointment page is connected to Docfav, our clinical management system. To book, first choose the type of appointment and then select the professional you would like to see according to the available diaries.

Important note about Docfav WhatsApp messages
After booking, you may receive an automatic WhatsApp message from Docfav. That message is used to inform you about the appointment, but you cannot reply to it and it is not a conversation channel with the clinic.

- The automatic Docfav WhatsApp message cannot be replied to, so you will not be able to answer that message.
- If you are already a patient, remember to use the same email address registered with the clinic.
- If you already have an appointment and need to cancel it, change it or move it to another day, you can do this from the patient portal.

If you are not sure which professional to choose
The Docfav diaries allow you to book directly with the professional you prefer. Even so, if you are not sure who to choose, you can call us or message us on WhatsApp and we will help guide you before booking.
If you are a new patient, the form will also allow you to explain the reason for the appointment in your own words so that we can better understand the situation.

Can I reply to the automatic Docfav WhatsApp message?
