The appointment page is connected to Docfav, our clinical management system. To book, first choose the type of appointment and then select the professional you would like to see according to the available diaries.

Important note about Docfav WhatsApp messages
After booking, you may receive an automatic WhatsApp message from Docfav. That message is used to inform you about the appointment, but you cannot reply to it and it is not a conversation channel with the clinic.

- The automatic Docfav WhatsApp message cannot be replied to, so you will not be able to answer that message.
- If you are already a patient, remember to use the same email address registered with the clinic.

If you are not sure which professional to choose
The Docfav diaries allow you to book directly with the professional you prefer. Even so, if you are not sure who to choose, you can call us or message us on WhatsApp and we will help guide you before booking.
If you are a new patient, the form will also allow you to explain the reason for the appointment in your own words so that we can better understand the situation.

If you are not yet a patient at Ocnos, the system will ask you to register. You will also be able to indicate whether the appointment is for an adult, a child or an adolescent, and explain the reason for the appointment.
I am already a patient. Which email address should I use?
Use the same email address registered with the clinic. This helps avoid duplicate records and links the appointment correctly to your file in the system.
Can I reply to the automatic Docfav WhatsApp message?
No. The automatic Docfav WhatsApp message is used to inform you about the appointment, but it cannot be replied to. To speak with Ocnos or ask any questions, use the clinic’s official WhatsApp or phone number: +34 680 414 592.
I already have an appointment. Can I cancel or change it online?
